- I evaluate conduct against generally accepted insurance industry practices including policy forms, underwriting and claims guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
- I have been retained by both plaintiffs and defendants when the facts supported my opinions. I decline engagements where they do not.
- My role is to assist the trier of fact by explaining complex insurance concepts in a clear, factual, and methodologically sound manner. I do not make legal conclusions.
